Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket for the Glass 'n' Berry event, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Age Restrictions: This event is open to individuals aged 16 and above. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

3. Event Schedule: The Glass 'n' Berry event will take place on Sunday, 18th June 2023, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, including the lineup and performances, without prior notice.

4. Admission: Access to the event will only be granted to ticket holders. Tickets must be presented for scanning at the entrance for admission. Entry to the event will be permitted from 2:30 pm onwards.

5. Weather Conditions: The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Attendees are advised to come prepared for all weather scenarios and bring appropriate clothing, umbrellas, or sun protection.

6. Personal Belongings: The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the event. Attendees are advised to keep their belongings secure and not leave them unattended.

7. Prohibited Items: For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, glass bottles, laser pointers, drones, pets (excluding registered service animals), and any items deemed hazardous or disruptive by the organisers.

8. Seating: The event will have a picnic-style setup, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own picnic blankets or camping chairs. No other seating will be provided in the garden area.

9. Food and Beverages: A glass of fizz and a delightful mini afternoon tea are included in the ticket price. Bars will be available throughout the event for the purchase of additional drinks. Please note that these bars will only accept card payments, and no cash will be accepted.

10. Parking: Car parking at the venue is free but limited. Spaces are not guaranteed, so attendees are encouraged to carpool or use alternative transportation where possible. Parking on Whitley Lane or Elliott Lane is strictly prohibited, as it can result in damage to vehicles or parking tickets.

11. Health and Safety: Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. Please follow any instructions or guidelines provided by the event staff and be mindful of the well-being of others.

12. Photography and Recording: By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. The organisers may use such media without seeking further permission or providing compensation.

13. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others and comply with local laws and regulations. Any disruptive, illegal, or offensive behaviour may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

14. Liability: While the organisers will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of attendees, they will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The organisers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions on the event website or through other means of communication.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Glass 'n' Berry event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
